Solution Engineer (Pre-sale)

✦ Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Business Analysis • Engage with prospective clients to gather and analyst business requirements • Identify client pain points, challenges, and opportunities • Translate business needs into clear solution concepts and functional requirements Solution Design • Design end-to-end solutions using the company’s products (SaaS) and custom development capabilities • Demonstrate how our solutions solve client problems and add business value • Prepare solution proposals, presentations, and documentation Client Engagement • Act as a trusted advisor to clients during the pre-sales stage • Conduct solution presentations, product demos, and workshops • Understand client expectations and proactively recommend the best approach Collaboration with Internal Teams • Work closely with product and engineering teams to align solutions with product capabilities • Define integration approaches between existing client systems and our solutions • Provide input to improve product features based on market and client insights • Support the team in solution positioning and deal closing • Lead in scope definition, effort estimation, and proposal development • Participate in negotiation discussions when needed

✦ Requirements

Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field • 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Pre-Sales, or Solution Consulting (software industry preferred) Technical & Business Skills • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) • Experience working with SaaS products and/or custom software solutions • Ability to convert business requirements into practical system solutions Communication & Presentation • Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) • Strong ability to present complex solutions clearly and confidently • Capable of producing high-quality proposals and documentation Soft Skills • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability • High level of initiative and adaptability  • Strong understanding of client needs and expectations • Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
