Responsibilities
• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Plan and implement effective recruitment strategies, including employer branding initiatives
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews and offer management
• Provide professional advice to hiring managers and negotiate with candidates when required
• Prepare and manage recruitment- and employment-related documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee records
• Support employee engagement, retention initiatives, and workplace culture
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and conflict resolution
• Host and facilitate large-scale company events with confidence and strong presentation skills
• Foster positive collaboration and effective communication across multi-generational teams
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 Years of experience in recruitment or related work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.
• Proactive, positive, and detail oriented.
• Flexible, friendly, and a strong team player.
• Good communication and writing skills in both English and Thai.
Bonus skills
• Strong experience in recruiting IT or technical positions will be highly preferred.
• Confident and capable of acting as a Master of Ceremonies for large-scale company events
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with multi-generational teams
