Responsibilities
• Planning sales and marketing strategies for selling our services to meet the company’s guidelines and achieve excellence goals (included Up-selling/Cross-Selling)
• Approach new clients and maintain existing clients by phone, email or in person to set an appointment for a sales pitching session
• Arranging meetings and liaising with clients to understand their requirements
• Co-operate with both internal and external parties to complete services
• Monitoring the progress of campaigns at every step to ensure their smooth work flow
• Managing client complaints and negotiations
• Follow up with clients and coordinate with accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and prompt collection of overdue debts
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Economics or Any related field
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, creative and communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and marketing field
• Able to work under pressure and think outside the box
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients
Bonus skills
• Having experience in collaborating with well-known brands would be beneficial
