Responsibilities
· Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, employer branding initiatives, and hiring plans.
· Manage the full-cycle recruitment process — from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer management.
· Post job advertisements on company websites and relevant media platforms.
· Screen applications, conduct phone interviews, and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and recruitment records in the company database.
· Prepare and process recruitment and employment-related documents.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and identify key qualifications for each position.
· Provide professional advice to hiring managers and negotiate with candidates as needed.
· Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
· Support any other HR or recruitment-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Minimum of 1 Year of experience in recruitment.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to design and execute effective recruiting strategies.
· Proactive, positive, and detail-oriented.
· Flexible, friendly, and a strong team player.
· Good communication and writing skills in both English and Thai.
