Responsibilities
• Handle HR administrative tasks including employee records, contracts, and documentation
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as interview scheduling and candidate communication
• Support onboarding and off-boarding processes ensuring smooth employee experience
• Maintain and update HR database and HR system with accurate information
• Assist in payroll preparation including attendance
• Execute employee engagement activities and internal company events
• Handle visa and work permit documentation for foreign employees
• Support HR reporting and data preparation for management review
• Ensure proper filing and compliance of HR documents and contracts
• Communicate with employees regarding HR-related inquiries and requests
• Coordinate with external vendors or government offices when needed
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or administrative roles
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Good communication skills in Thai and English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn HR processes
Bonus skills
• Experience in tech company environment, or related field
• Basic knowledge of labor law and employment documentation
• Experience in event coordination or employee engagement activities
• Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments
