Responsibilities
• Developing data analytics, simulations, and optimization solutions for clients
• Understanding client’s business objective and value
• Exploring and understanding large data sets with effective analysis
• Developing a business dashboard with visualization to aid business decision-making
• Handling large datasets with flexibility in learning new platforms, techniques, and coding languages for analysis e.g., SQL, SAS, Python, R, VBA, Tableau, and other related tools
Requirements
• Knowledge of Numerical Methods and Machine Learning
• Knowledge of Probability and Statistics
• Programming Skills in any modern computer language e.g., Python
• A degree (Bachelor/Master/Ph.D.) in a quantitative field e.g., Physics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, and Chemistry etc.
• Experience in implementing numerical solutions and/or machine learning solutions (personal/learning project included)
• Experience in a data visualization library or tools
• Proficient in English
• Eagerness in learning new algorithms, new tools, and business problems
• Problem-solver mindset
