Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business strategies to expand the company’s IT solutions portfolio in alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify, qualify, and close new enterprise-level business opportunities across target industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, enterprise clients, technology vendors, and system integrators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams ( Management, Marketing and Technical ) to design proposals and deliver tailored end-to-end solutions.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform business direction and product/service enhancement.
- Lead sales planning, including pipeline development, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns, channel promotions, and content strategies with sales objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence and develop new business leads.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships within the IT, Software, or Digital Solutions sector.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, system implementation, and data engineering concepts.
- Proven track record in closing enterprise deals and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work effectively across teams and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-driven, strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
- Thai nationality only.
