✦ Responsibilities
New Business Development
• Prospect, qualify, and develop a strong sales pipeline targeting enterprises and SMEs across Thailand
• Identify and engage key decision-makers through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
Sales & Deal Closure
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through proposal, negotiation, and contract signing
• Develop tailored proposals and presentations that clearly articulate business value and ROI
• Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to craft winning solutions for prospects
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Client Relationship Management
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities
• Act as the client's primary point of contact during the pre-sales and onboarding phase
• Gather client feedback and work with delivery teams to ensure expectations are met
Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Track competitor activity, market trends, and emerging client needs in the Thai tech market
• Provide regular pipeline reports, forecasts, and insights to senior leadership
• Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, case studies, and content to support lead generation
✦ Requirements
• 3–7 years of B2B sales experience in software, IT services, SaaS, or tech consulting
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of software development, digital transformation, or IT outsourcing services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Thai and English
• Ability to build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
