Responsibilities
1. Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering - Uncovering areas for improvement and developing and implementing project solutions to meet business needs and requirements. - Identifying business needs, pain points, and opportunities for optimization through requirements analysis - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports 2. Process Improvement & Strategy Development - Developing and implementing business strategies to enhance operational efficiency, user experience, and cost-effectiveness. - Staying up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize solutions for projects 3. Project Management - Managing, developing project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and manpower allocation - Monitoring project progress and ensuring alignment with key deliverables, milestones, and business objectives. - Calculating and understanding the project’s cost and timeline estimation 4. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and solutions for projects - Documenting and communicating project progress to the stakeholders - Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members, management team and clients 5. Documentation & Reporting - Writing technical related documents such as System/User Manual, Functional Specifications Document 6. Project Testing & Validation - Performing User Acceptance Testing plans and scripts for the projects

Bonus skills
- Experienced in developer and technical team would be advantaged. - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Com Sci, Com Eng, ICT, IT is a plus.
