Responsibilities
• Support Accounting, HR and Operation Department.
• Responsible for overall company administrative functions and monitoring of general office facilities efficiently.
• Responsible for purchasing activities, including sourcing & negotiation prices, creating, and managing PO processing
• Control and manage all office stationery and inventory (Purchasing).
• Preparing documents from Software and Marketing Department.
• Record & keep the contracts such as vendors, principals, etc.
• Able to coordinate with internal and external teams, such as a supplier.
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Good communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Able to work and coordinate with multi-national colleagues
• Good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Bonus skills
• Internship or academic experience in administration, accounting, or purchasing is a plus
• Experience in source and evaluate new suppliers for better prices and quality
