We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Administrative Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for organization and possess strong skills in document management, time management, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day administrative duties, document management, and general coordination tasks.
- Organize travel arrangements, including flight tickets, transportation, accommodation, venue bookings, and catering services as needed.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for executive meetings, presentations, and reports.
- Support company initiatives by conducting research and gathering relevant information.
- Work closely with and provide assistance to the management team.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and documentation from both internal and external parties.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution.
- Prepare and distribute memos, forms, and other official communications.
- Manage and support ad-hoc projects and assignments as delegated
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, or any related field. (New graduates are also welcome)
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (TH-EN)
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly and professional with strong people skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proactive and eager to learn, with a continuous improvement mindset.
